Dr. Murray O'Neil was born and raised in Essex County. A physician, farmer and aviator, he held strong to the values of excellence, care, respect and fairness.
He was a leader and a spirited innovator, always nurturing an entrepreneurial culture. He believed in giving back to his community. The O'Neil Foundation is his legacy.
The O'Neil Foundation's Community Grants Program offers financial support to strengthen the charitable sector, primarily in Windsor and Essex County. One-time grants of up to $10,000 are provided to registered charitable organizations that demonstrate strategic leadership in advancing the most pressing problems facing the community.
