A) What problem does it seek to address?
B) How will it contribute to advancing or solving the problem in the long term?
C) How is it better or different from traditional/other efforts to solve this problem?
D) What will be the outcomes of the project? How do you measure success?
E) Describe any partners or collaboration involved in this project. Please provide us with a bio for either the Project Leader or your organization's Executive Director. Or, attach bio document
